Quickstart: dashboard

In this quickstart you’ll get the title and price of every book on books.toscrape.com, a practice site built for scraping, without writing code.

1. Sign up

Sign up with your email, Google or GitHub. New accounts get 300 free credits and no card is needed. This scrape uses 3.

2. Fill in the Scrape form

Click Scrape in the sidebar.

1. In Target URL, enter https://books.toscrape.com and press Enter.
2. In Extraction instruction, write Return the title and price of every book on the page.
3. Under Output, choose JSON.
4. Click Scrape.

3. Read the result

After a few seconds the output appears on the right: a list of the 20 books on the page. Switch to Table to see rows, and use the copy and download buttons to take the data with you. The run used 3 credits: 1 for the page and 2 for the AI that read it. Every run is saved in Logs, so you can open it again later.
