A top-up adds credits or proxy bandwidth to your account without changing your plan. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so it is the quickest fix when a big project or a busy month pushes you past your monthly allowance.
Top-ups are available on Starter, Builder and Pro. On the Free plan, upgrade first.

Buy a top-up

  1. Open the Billing page in your dashboard.
  2. Scroll to Top Up Credits or Top Up Proxy Bandwidth and click the package you want.
  3. Complete the payment on the Stripe checkout page.
Your balance updates as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. You can check it on the Usage page.

Proxy bandwidth top-ups

Proxy bandwidth is what Stealth Mode uses. A bandwidth top-up is worth buying before a large crawl or batch with Stealth Mode on. The proxy bandwidth top-up packages on the Billing page: 1 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB If you run out of bandwidth, a scrape that asks for Stealth Mode still runs but without the proxy. Top up before large proxy jobs so they stay protected.

How top-ups are used

Top-ups sit behind your plan. Your plan’s credits and bandwidth are used first, and top-up balance is only used once your plan allowance is all spent. A top-up never replaces your plan.

Expiry

Top-ups expire 12 months after you buy them. If you buy another top-up while you still have some left, your whole top-up balance gets a fresh 12 months from the latest purchase, so topping up again never shortens the time you have. We email you twice before anything expires: 30 days before, and again 7 days before. Expired top-ups are cleared by a nightly job.

Carry forward

Your plan’s credits and bandwidth reset every billing cycle. Top-ups do not. Whatever is left rolls into the next cycle. For example, say you are on Starter (5,000 credits a month) and you buy the 1,200 credit top-up. You use 4,000 credits that month, and your plan covers all of it, so the top-up is untouched and you still have 1,200 at the next renewal. Credits you use beyond the 5,000 come out of the top-up, so if you use 5,500 credits one month, 500 of them come from the top-up and 700 are left at the next renewal. Top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. Make sure you will use them within 12 months before buying a large package.
